Is my plant in shock?

My Cinderella 99 plant is on day 32 and for the last week or so, my plant has not grown at all. No new growth and no sign of any kind of activity from the plant. It looks like it has a minor case of (K) defiency, but today when I tested all four of my strains for nitron, phosphorus, potassium, ph levels, all four strains were at a 7.0 ph, high in nitron, medium in phosphorus, and high in potassium. I used the soil testing kit where you use the tablets according to the directions. All four strains are planted in Fox Farm soil and today I fed them from the Fox Farm feeding schedule with their brand of products. ( Big Bloom) etc... For the first 3weeks the plants had 24 hour light. Natural daylight bulbs at 3000 lumens. I have taken this first time growing seriously, so positive criticism is appreciated.

if its in a small pot, one gallon or less, and its been there its whole life, theres a good chance its root bound. If theres no proof of nutrient def then id almost bet its root bound. It will stop them in their tracks. I had one get so root bound, after about a week of not growing, roots were pushing up out of the top of the soil. It was baaad. That was my first grow with bag seed and it was intended to be a learning experience and it def was

My seeds started out in small containers for the first 2weeks, then I transferred them into bigger containers, which all 4 strains had an adjustment period, but my Cinderella 99 seems to be stuck in the same spot after transplant. The other 3 are doing good. I posted pictures.

not looking stressed, the other certainly is stretched though. try moving your lights a bit closer. also remember the plant focuses on roots at times, especially after a transplant, so lateral growth can seem slower.

and im guessing this was after a water, they should be lookin perky usually about 8-12 hours after watering.

1.) The container is too big -roots aren't completely drying out between waterings.

2.) Not enough light

3.) Not enough air movement

4.) Bottom drainage holes are occluded

I would most certainly and adamantly have to concur.

Have you tried adding mycos? I think some something like microbe lift foliar spray and root dip (humic) That Just might kick em in the pants a little. If you can add the light and the air movement also saucers instead of foil I do believe you will be fine.
