Hiya,
I got a new 200W full spectrum 4 bar lamp and im not sure its working correctly. I know they arent super accurate, but my android PAR meter gives a reading of 980umols at about 25cm.
Does that sound about right?
When i first set her up im fairly sure i couldnt look directly at the light, now i can, it seems dimmer than it was.

Any thoughts?
