I have a plant that is exactly 1 1/2 feet tall in a 2 gallon bucket with soil. Is that large enogh for the roots, or do i need to get a larger bucket? Im not sure

You don't NEED a bigger pot but if you are still in veg then I would definitely get a larger one. It might slow down growth a bit, or might reduce yield somewhat, or you might not notice any difference. In any case if you can find a larger pot to transplant to it would be good.

Then you've only got another month til you chop, I would leave her in there and take a mental note of the root system when you harvest.

Word. And how does my lighting sound. I have a total of 7 CFL's (all 2700K). I have a 42W over the canopy, and 5 23W cfls, also with another 42W cfl pointing at the main cola. So its about 200W of cfls for a 1 1/2 ft plant. And about 13,000 lumens. I also use tiger bloom and big bloom by fox farm.

How does my plant sound? Think i can get at least an ounce?

Sounds like you've got it covered, I would suggest an HID light if you're planning on growing more though.
