Is it to late now to start second crop?

Have Amnesia auto and would like to start second crop in 2 weeks (have to wait for my first crop NLA to mature first - any day now). So the idea is to harvest the NLA, fumigate/disinfect with sulphure wick (use the same for bee hive) the whole greenhouse, rotate/refresh the soil with some nutrients. The greenhouse will be ready in mid September and I can then transplant my seedlings in jiffy 10 -14 days old that I will start indoor. I read that Amnesia takes apx 90 days from 0 to harvest. If I start on 15 of August then it will take me to 15 of October and who know with some delays to early November.

Note:
My location is center of Czech republic,
Greenhouse 35m2 that I can fit with 180 plants,
Most likely the climate in October will be +15c/day and -5c/night, November will be +10c day and possibly -10c night. I know that it is crazy to predict what the weather will be like 3-4 months from now, but the above numbers are the worst scenario (I think) :)

Questions:
What's the coldest temperature the Amnesia auto can take?
Would I be facing bud rot nightmare (possibly cold and humid)?
Is it doable?
Anything else I should worry about?

Appreciate input...........

TIA

If you haven't already then I d say yes start your crop. If you have to bring your plants inside over night then do so. I wouldn't leave mine out with -5 or -10 but outside for your day time temps will be fine. You wont get the yield you would with 20+ temps but you'll get something and the experience and fun of it to boot. Since your going green house you might consider a small portable heater for over night, an extension cord and electric heater or propane heater would do the trick.
Bud rot is something you get from moisture and cooler temps. If your covered in a greenhouse you don't have to worry anymore then usual. When it gets around that time just inspect, inspect, inspect. You find some rot then either amputate the area and seperate the plant or harvest early.

Thanks Voodu, at the end I decided not to push it this year. Instead I will wait for my present harvest, take care of the soil, fumigate the whole greenhouse, give it some rest and be ready for April 2015. Will start the seedlings inside in the jiffy and then transplant them to greenhouse when they are 10-14 days old (I will gain 14 days). That way I can start early and reach my goal to have 2 harvests next summer, providing I get strain that will go from 0 - to harvest in 90 days max. Amnesia auto is one of them and I have the seeds already ;) .

Good idea and remember, only YOU can prevent forest fires.
