Look at the trichs; clear= not ready, cloudy and cloudy and amber= ready and if you've got a majority of amber you've gone too long.

Trichomes are cloudy a few amber. There are some clear too. Do you think the clear could be new calyxes?

When the majority of them are cloudy with some amber you're ready for harvest. If you want a heavier stone go for more amber. I usually have new growth on my plants when I harvest. If you wait for the new growth to stop you'll be way past harvest time.
