Is it time to harvest?

hey guys wanted to get your input on this XJ13 I've been growing the plant is beginning to get yellowed out but I still see a good amount of white hairs. Should I wait for more to turn brown or just chop it down?

You're still a few weeks away.

1) Wait for the pistills (white hairs to you) to turn dark & recede into the buds.
2) Get a cheap scope. Look at the trichromes. Wait until you get the desired ratio of clear-cloudy-amber. Everyone has a different idea of what that should be.
3) The whole plant looks done.

Don't worry about yellow fan leaves at this point.
