Is it safe to use a 300W LED grow light with UV/IR in a room where i live and sleep?

Hi, so as the title says, i'm really concerned about this. I plan to grow in my bedroom where i sleep and work from home, so lately i spend a lot of time here.
I would like to ask experienced people to share their knowledge, advice and experience about growing with LED lights in living space?

I have the Mars Hydro TSL2000 (300W, full spectrum with IR diodes) I also want to get a small UV light for disinfection against possible mold and more THC and resin. Thinking about UV-A if that will have any effect. I thought about UV-B and UV-C if needed, but honestly at this point i would completely avoid that and use just the UV-A.
Of course everything will be inside a tent and no light should be leaking out. Also, i don't mean just looking directly at the lights. I know staring at the lights is dangerous for eyes and special UV/IR glasses should be used. I will turn off the light everytime i open the tent, and i will use just a normal headlamp to take care of my plants.
But i'm worried about the radiation and health effects? Some people say that LED grow lights messes up with their body, mind and sleep cycle because of the radiation. But i couldn't find enough information about it, especially not for my type of light.

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, i know i should have done my research before buying these lights and probably use a different grow room. But at the moment i cannot use any other room for growing besides my bedroom. I have to sleep here and i have to work from home almost all day long with few short breaks.
Thanks in advance!

Do nit use UV-C with your plants. It will damage them. UV-C from the sun is naturally filtered out by the atmosphere and does not make it to the surface. Plants are not exposed to UV-C in nature.

If you have the plants in a tent with no light leaks, then the light should not affect your circadian rhythm, but you will need exhaust and circulating fans to move and exchange air in the tent. The exhaust fans especially might be annoyingly noisy for you.

Everything is sweet.
The mars light will do the job on it own.
There's no need to be adding uvb- dangerous or uvc - very dangerous.
Ì wouldn't worry about getting radiation poisoning lol, everything is enclosed in the tent so no light to keep you awake, although the fans noise might.
Get a pair of sunglasses for working around the plants with the lights on and you're good to go.
