Is it possible to harvest a plant from seed in 12 weeks?

does anyone know if this HPS lighting system is good? its a 400 watts but the price is awesome i need to know from ppl with experience...

You get what you pay for. A good ballast should run about 185-250 dollars, depending on the specs. NEVER GET AN ELECTRONIC BALLAST!! But believe it or not you will spend almost as much for a good bulb as you will the ballast. Take a look at hydrofarm or sun in. They make good stuff.

i need to know what is a good brand cuz i want something to last for a long while so i dont have to spend alot of money to replace a HPS system
