is it possible to grow outdoors in redding ca during summer

can you grow outdoors in redding ca during the summer months the reason i ask is because the temps stay so high for so long over 100

i meant climate wise cuz it gets over 100 degrees i was wondering if yield suffered because of that high heat for the summer months i bet a lot of places in cali are gonna ban it due to the drought

I'm pretty sure you can there's a lot of growers in that area. Just need big pots and to keep them watered. They'll be happy.

They couldn't enforce previous laws (300 square feet) everyone I know is growing regardless. Its just a misdemeanor IF they mess with you....
Go for it!!!!

And btw Shasta is the best climate for huge plants. ...

This is what the Shasta County Sherrif's did to a friends garden up in the Cottonwood area last August (before the ban). They just showed up and chopped everything down & left......good luck

If the zoning laws do not allow for outdoor you can't grow outdoor. It's pretty simple. Then you have to find out what the definition for 'indoor' is based on the local zoning ordinances. It's a bitch move by the local gov. to frustrate the voted will of the people.

This was before that zoning happened i thought. Tyrannical police and government we have built.
