the pot is a 3 inch? how big are the plants? i like to leave mine till they have a nice rootball established before uppotting. In my opinion, its better to wait too long in a pot then to transplant too early. too long and the rootball gets stronger, to a point, too early and there won't be enough roots to hold the soil together and it'll fall apart on you

If its only 3 inches you will need to put it in a bigger pot for sure. Is this even a serious question? What is this? A marijuana for ants?

its going to have to be at least three times bigger than that!

i feel like i'm taking crazy pills!!

Let me know how the transplant goes Iv never transplanted before I always start in the final pot I never thought autos liked a transplant.
But I would recommend at absolute minimum 10ltr pot would work ok, atm I'm using 18ltr and mine aren't looking to shabby

From what Iv learnt drainage is a key part of growing in soil
So I would say jump to the shops quickly pick up a plastic pot and put some extra holes on the bottom fill with soil then put her in it some soil on top just a splash of water but I wouldn't look for run off as you don't want to over water

Also I would say that it's not the tap root so you should be ok using the above method

Yes transplant ASAP
what soil and nutrient you using and light schedule you should pick up like a 10ltr or 15lt you could go bigger but it depends on your space I recommend looking at LST it's mega simple and works well with autos
