Is it going to die ? :/

So I went to busch gardens today and left my plants out side for some fresh air and some natural sunlight and one the soil was dry and the little stem was laying on the soil and the other one is doing good it has like little white hairs on the main stem and I watered it so will it make or should I just throw it away ? and what do the white hairs mean on the stem ? it only like 3 days old

Can't at this moment but instead of the stem going up its just laying their on the soil

No I left her outside in the sun from 10 a.m - 6 p.m one is doing fine n the other is like just laying on the ground like instead of being like | its like _
