I'm not the most experienced grower there is but from what i know you ideally want to have around 50 watts per square foot & 7000 lumens per square foot. So the short answer is no. you don't have enuf light to grow 1 plant much less 4. @ least if you are planning on harvesting anything from it. now you could possilbly double that up & use 30 watts & 1000+ lumens to grow 1 small plant & maybe harvest a very small ammount from it. But if you're goal is to get something out of this venture then you should probably do some more reading & researching on the net to find out what it's gonna take. If you're goal is to just grow a little house plant for fun & don't care if you get anything out of it or not then have a blast & do whatever.

I don't say any of this to discourage you. because the info is out there & if you are motivated you can learn all you need to know to get started in a week. It is entirely possible to grow small ammounts under just flourescents. if you wanna be serious about it then it's gonna take a good investment of money & alot of time.

Honestly i'm wondering with you using a 15 W bulb if you arent' a teenager trying to grow & hide the stuff from your parents @ the same time. if that's the case then my best advice is give it up. because if you are keeping it so small you can hide it from your parents living in the same house then it's not gonna be very productive or more likely wether it's big or small they will just find it & that's bad. If that's not the case then I have to say study up on the subject for a week & come back w/ a new plan cause 15 watts ain't gonna do it.

Can't believe no one said this... If they're in soil STOP watering daily u will kill them fast. U want to water when AT least the top 2 inches of soil are bone dry to the touch before watering... And for re assurance no 15w is 1/4 the light u need... For one plant. Hit up wally world or ur local grow shop. If u can afford An hps or mh go that route for sure.

wow mmmm ok

lumen wise look at it like this, ok heres the bare minimum 3000L per sq ft thats 2 26w cfl MIN per sq ft. thats the BARE MINIMUM if you want anything reasonable.

with 15w you wasting your time, our time, your plants time.

hell at 15w your wasting your dirt's time :-(
