is 3 lbs in 2 months possible?

im no pro but- your lookin at a lot of work and maintenance. I'd start with some Class A heavy duty genetics. start all femiinized seeds so you aint gotta fuck with pulling males. you gotta make sure its established good genes though. then you would probably need atleast 20-30 plants. i would do a screen of green grow for best light distribution. set up a ebb and flow hydro set up. w/ a solid nutrient and schedule. you need a hydro system that has a nice big res thats easy to access and change. DWC is not an option. drid w/trays or ebbnflow, or NFT or aeroponics i guess. im gonna guess 2x1000watt should work, if everything else is fine-tuned. now thats the flower room, you need another room for veggin 20-30 clones with a simialer lighting scheme, maybe 3x400watt would do, and then a simialer set-up right next to it with more clones. get something than flowers in less that 8 weeks, and that should do it.
im pretty sure theres some people on here doing 1 lb every 3 weeks, thats pretty close. you need a lotta plants, alota lights, BIG lights, and a good Hydro set-up. 1000w are cheap on ebay ~300$. i'd make my own hydro system, lots cheaper. no harder than setting up an aquarium.

Hi,
I am a newbie grower but an experienced smoker. I want to start a small grow room and I want to know if it is possible to get 3lbs every 2 months. If it is possible how many lights and how many plants would i need. Any advice at all would be very much welcomed. Thanks
Ben Don't know if you have grown before but 3 lbs is a lot to grow. You might want to read a little before you start growing there is alot more than you think. Good luck

5x5 or a bigger room.3 to 4 1000 watt lights and abbout 8-16 plants soil or hydro you should be able to pull that amount of wieght.I know people on here that pull a pound with 1 600 watt light so i know 3 pounds is possible with 3x600 watts or 3x1000 watts

even if u used automatic strains to get 3 pounds youd need like a 100 plants if not more and that would require thousands of watts of hps.
so its pretty doubtful anyone could pull 3 pounds in 2 months.
