Is 2 6500k CFLs enough for 8 clones to start in?

I was going to just use a couple CFLs to get my clones jump started then transplant them into a greenhouse when they are larger.

Is this gonna be ok or should i just throw em outside?

I got em set up in a DIY box with foil in it 18hrs of light.

i would just put em outside. the more light the better. but they might start flowering if they dont get enough hours of light.

yea thats the problem with 2 of them, they are flowering already.

well i think if you give em atleast 18hours of light the will go back into their veg state.
