  • How many mom's are you running to get that many clones? How long should I let my mom's recoup before I clone them each time?
Hey rbahadosingh, how much water/nutrient solution did your plants take up per day or week? How often and by how much did you top up your reservoirs?
Hey bro I wanted to ask where did u happen to get your clones @?Do u happen to stay in l.a?
yes it is 4" rockwool cubes. as far as moving clones to veg all i do is transplant into the rockwool cubes and put on the tray under my HPS. when i start them vegging i start them on the same nutes that i will use throughout the whole grow. Lucas formula. only thing i change is later on i add big bud to the lucas formula. i like the lucas formula. but i also like the botanicare line of nutes. botanicare pure blend pro grow is a great for vegging. i havent found anything that will green your plants up as fast as that if they show sings of nitro deficiency.
Man this is a killer grow you got going on. I do have a few questions, for I will be doing my own table soon as well. You said you start them in Root Riot cubes for the clones, when you are ready to veg what do you move them in. I know by your grow journal you are using 4" cubes...........but those are RW aern't they?. could you give me a little info on that process(moving clones to veg) and give me some good starting point as far as nutes go when the plant go on the table to grow and veg?

You are the man! I'm loving your grow
luv the grow. Hey is that just rockwool you have on the tray no pellets or anything? How does the roots sit on the table? Are the roots all spread out now how are you doing that cuz Im trying to do the same as you, and I was thinking of just puting rockwool on the tray (for more room) and flood then drain them like yours look is that correct? Thanks
i did use an aeroponic propagator once. since then i have moved on because i find them to be more of a hassle than anything else. now i use root riot cubes which i think are the best way to clone. you dont have to condition them or anything like rockwool. they come premoistened and keep the proper air to water ratio through the whole cloning process. you dont have to wet them all you have to do is spray the clones 2 times a day and let them be. but to answer your question no you dont have to use a rooting gel.
hi i was reading through someone's grow journal and noticed you use an aeroponic propogator for clone's and u said you have a 99 % success rate and i just bought one so it sounds like your the man to talk to. i just have one question really , do you still use a rooting gel , since i figure the water will just wash it off straight away anywho.
in the beginning. i dont flood very often. i still havent flooded my table since i started. and it depends on if your using co2 or not. without co2 they wont need to be flooded that often. twice a day at most. and you can probably get by with once a day. until they get pretty big. When mine were in full flower at about week 3 to 4 i flooded 4 times a day. once when the light came on for 20 min. then 3 hours later for 10 min. then 3 hours later for another 20 min. then 3 hours later for 5 min. i dont know how i came up with that feeding schedule but it worked excellent for me.
Im doing a similar setup, just a bit larger plants 40 total on a 4x8 table in 4x4 blocks on grow mat's. How ofter do you flood your table?
i wasnt to worried about the trimming of the lower branches. i trimmed them twice. i did it once at about 7 days. All the lower branches that were big enough i used as clones. thats a option you have but you dont have to if you dont need them. And then i trimmed again at about 17 days flowering. after that i just let them be. when they were done most of it was just buds connected directly to the main stem. but each plant had 2 branches or so that were 6 - 8" in length when done. i hardly trimmed any of the big fan leaves. i just let them be for the most part. are you using co2?
