Is 190cfm Enough

I have a 4", 190cfm inline fan currently drawing air through a can 33. I have a small cabinet (about 75 cubic feet), and the filter/fan does an acceptable job keeping the smell under control.

I'm thinking of upgrading from my open air 400w lamp to a cooltube/600w. Do you think I can add the cool tube in sequence (outside<<<190cfm<<<cooltube<<<can 33<<<inside) and still keep the cabinet cool?

i have a 400cfm but run it @ 45%, so yea it is relatively the same and your space is about the same least in . i have 3x3x6.5 keep ur filter near ur light. it will have more to do with ambient temp outside the tent. there is a formula on here somewhere about it, will see if i can find it. and since ur going cool tube it will help reduce the temp considerably.
