OPEC's output is actually slightly behind their target, the controversy currently is that they're refusing to reduce that target in response to the market.

Persians are some of the smartest people I've ever known personally.

The Govt isn't as oppressive as Pakistan or Saudi Arabia.

Most of the Persians I know personally will smoke weed, some have tried opium, they drink, don't pray and eat bacon.

they are trying to flood the market and destabilize Russia
