Good for you!....what do you mean LP positions?....I'd be interested in hearing about the lab...
195 LP jobs and related positions from growers, lab geeks, bakers, and support staff ect. ,Analytical lab will be state of the art with space for outside research. Our lab will be indispensable for our breeding program and for other LP’s to have 3rd party testing.

I'm trying to understand the business model from the dumb guy perspective. Are each of these LP's or micro-growers separate businesses that rent space? Will micro growers have access to the government distribution? It's all very interesting.
I'd be interested in something similar as far as grow space, but leasing out rooms and equipment to med and rec growers. Could have a lab etc. on site and experienced growers to teach classes etc.

We will provide micros with an avenue to get their gear tested, processed and distributed. We can also provide genetics and starting material. This way you only need to concentrate on growing, we will take care of the rest. There may also be funding for exceptional growers to get their facility built and operational.
You are 1 step ahead of me, future plans include a cannabis education complex. You can enroll and come and learn the craft, whether it’s growing, lab testing, extraction or breeding. We can mentor you into a sucsesssful career in cannabis.

Growing for profit has never interested me - I'm not that good of a grower - but being in a building with other med growers and sharing ideas sounds like fun.

This is a private, fully funded, family run project. Emphasizing on company and Cannabis culture. A GMP facility with medical patients as a priority. Took me a long time to find a group who’s vision and ethics aligned with mine. If all the pieces of the puzzle align I hope to give the larger corporate groups a run for their money.

More of a co op. Parent company holds infrastructure for growers, QA, accounting, pakaging, distribution, testing, breeding and clones.. Micro grower simply grows, drys and cures the crop. Any other resources will be provided by parent. Need grow help, fianancing, trimmers, genetics, or clones hit up the parnent owners. Will need breeders, organic and clone facilities too. Parent company would get exclusive distribution right to your quality passed cannabis. Looking for poteniallly 10-12 owner/opps.

Is this anything to do with the Namaste plus CCI deal? I saw a presentation form them just a little while ago.
The offer they put out was $50,000 for paperwork for a micro, $50,000 for a processor license. if you get both they throw in $10,000 website for sales (a $100,000 value). You are supposed to be able to pay off the fees with selling product through Namaste which has a sales license.

The grower definitely takes on the risk, because you will pay if the product does not pass testing, or cannot be sold. Namaste will be able to cherry pick only what they want, when they want it.
With the amount of large grows being set up in the next two years I think sales is going to get very crowded and difficult. Thus, you pay them first.
There will be thousands of websites up and running. The volume being produced will far exceed Canada's demand.
I, for one, don't believe the export numbers that are projected. Europe is not going to buy a billion dollars worth. They will set up their own grows if it becomes that lucrative.
Mexico will be growing recreational within two years.
I think Canada is going to try to be protectionist toward the industry. The quality testing will keep most outdoor and greenhouse flower out of the market. Outdoor and Greenhouse will go to extracts, which will get very hard to sell because there will be huge volume produced.
Supply and demand. My theory is that the Canadian market is shrinking by dollar volume. As costs of herb goes down by say 50% so does the total market.

Nice design on the greenhouses, supplementing with sunlight. I think you are on the right track with the closed greenhouse project.
