Intake fan off when lights out?

I have a very big intake fan bringing fresh air in the room while lights are on, but should I have the intake on when the lights are off? The room is about 14x10x8, would that hold enough fresh air in it for 12 hours, or should i make a few passive holes as well?

You should replace the air at least once an hour.imo
i breathe when i sleep.i beleive they do also.
Unless you have a/c,humidity contro,and co2.
Then you dont need any intake\exhaust.
