I had not come across this thread until now otherwise I might have posted on it before......I have functioned on 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night for years......except for when I was flying on a daily basis...that seemed to wear my ass out by the end of my shift/day..... Even Ambien wont knock me out......drives my wife crazy cause I'm up all night....anyway....tis what it is.....
