Input please

I would like it if some of you would go to my grow journel (in sig) and give me a little input on why my almost three week old plants are so underdeveloped...when I see some plants three times as large with way more leaf sites than mine, and people are saying they are 10 days old and such....what am I doing wrong???

when you start growing plants you will come to realize one thing very fast; nothing happens very fast.
