INLINE FAN QUESTION (SPIDERFARMER) ‍♂️

So i decided to add additional inline fans for each growroom. One in and one out...since my Marshydro didnt last a month, and on time that SpiderF came the same day my existing stop working. I ordered 2 fans, the other order is missing a cable jack that connects the fan to the controller, which the unit wont work without the controller. Does anyone know what kind of jack is this? SpiderF is being an ass, custimer service advice me to buy a new unit or buy the wire locally. Like wtf...they kept insisting i dont know how to install it and the pics i sent them are complete

You received a typical response from Chinese seller.... Please send pictures of the missing parts. :wall:
They just give you the run-a-round until you give up.

It looks like a 1/8" stereo plug, but I'd raise hell before I'd spend money to replace missing components. On the other hand, you just discovered the cost of buying the cheap stuff.


For some odd reason, spider farmer's warranty seems to improve for people that draw attention on public forums.
@Spiderfarmerled Send your customer the missing cable.

Typical spiderfarmer with horrible customer service once again. You should call your bank and request a charge back.

The only reason i bought cheap alibaba stuff is because of availability and shipping cost. Not in U.S, although i bough my lights and paid almost twice for my HLG lights shipped to me all the way from the U.S. i dont want that headache for my lights, i bought geekbeast from alibaba quality looks good

Thats very standard for them. Theres plenty of stories on here and other forums which is the main reason I will never buy anything from them.

Now THAT is messed up period. I’ve seen better customer service/knowledge of products at pawn shops.

This is one reason I die laughing at all these guys blowing Spiderfarmer and Mars Hydro and etc. Multiple stories of crap customer service and return policies.

Man... that shit would be boxed up and heading back to china if it were me. They will never survive with "customer service" like that.
