Indoor veg, Outdoor flower (out of season grow)

OG kush clones and they are in their 4th week flowering. Im a lil diapointed at this point. Not sure if its the season or strain but at week 4 I think it should be a lil heavier. I Starterd off with a fox farms 50/50 mix of the ocean forrest and the happy frog and a lil worm castings. Vegged them under a T5 high output 6 bulb fixture(about $80 at HD). It runs about 17,000 lumes and it does ok during veg. I vegged for about 4 weeks under the light and after transplanting outside they vegged for about 4 more weeks. I started off using organic(earth juice bloom and fox farms big bloom) but have switched to the Advanced 2 part sensi bloom. I have got 2 feedings in with the advanced and it looks to have helped. I mixed it at 1400 ppm and gave each plant a half gallon. Is That enough or should I go closer to a gallon?
Here are some pics of my girls and the next set that are going outside this week to finish up by mid march(So. Cal). The pics are just random but if you have any tips, comments or suggestions I love to hear them. the pic with me holding the plant is from today. Which is about 4-4.5 weeks since I noticed the first flowers.

I have had to do this a heck of alot this year too, This is this morning..... To much rain this year!

Took the younger kids outside and let them strecth out and play in the rain today. They seem to really enjoy that.

Your plants look nice! I'm doing a veg indoors and flower out too so I'll be watching this thread! I've got a couple questions if ya don't mind:

Where are you located? Just trying to see if our climates are similar (I'm in Hawaii).

What size are those black buckets in the last post?
