indoor to outdoor transport

alright so heres the deal... i got one plant that is lagging behind and fuckin up my grow, it seems, for watever reason to just want to flower extremely slow, its been on 12 hrs for like 7 weeks and its just barely accumulating pistils... compared to the rest of the plants in the garden its a good 5 weeks behind... its too far behind so i just wanna be done wtih it cuz im tryna start my next batch...

im thinkin about puttin it outside because im sick of it taking up space in the garden...
would the plant be able to deal with this change in venue?
i figure if i put it a semi shaded area i can flower it out right now while its still early in spring...apr 1 has 12.7 hrs of daylight, the last day of april has 13.4 approx...so i think if i shaded it slightly it would keep it in flowering...
how many hours of sunlight a day does it take to revert the plants back to vegetative?
they really shouldnt need that much more time maybe like 4 weeks max im thinkin...

anybody have an opinion on all this?

it wouldn't convert back to veg out there, it'll still remain in flowering under the 13 hours of light, some people even purposely give them 13 hours of light, to increase quality! but it does have an effect on yield...
