I currently have 5 plants that are about 4 weeks old and are growing in
Pro Mix soiless soil indoors under CFL's.

I want to transplant them into bigger pots outdoors in about 3 weeks.

Should I continue to use ProMix soiless soil or can I use some triple mix soil or something?????

I don't see why you can't use triple mix, but make sure it's clean. I'd just worry about bugs etc. I use Pro-mix and I think it is better. The thing with pro-mix is it has almost no nutrients in it and you must follow a feeding schedule with it. I like it because you have lots of control over the grow. Personally I would stick with the promix. I think stopping short of going to a full hydo grow, soiless is the closest thing to it. It's one stop short of going hydro setup.
