indoor grow system

Hello , I'm thinking about buying a dual chamber indoor grow box with a 400 W HPS in the flowering chamber 135 cfl in veg chamber. the flowering chamber has 9 3.5 inch holes for the plants. Dimensions of box is 42x52x28W, was wondering if its possible to grow nice healthy plants and what can I expect to yield any info would be nice ty.
