Indoor auto qstn

I have grown 2 auto flower strains before. Afghan Kush ryder, and LA Diva. They came out perect. My questions are, what indoor auto-flower strain will smell the most even after 2-3 days drying, and which indoor auto-flower strain will have the strongest taste after just 2-3 days of drying. The quanity of out-put isn't important, but i need that "loud" factor. Any suggestions would be helpful. I am not looking for potentcy but taste and smell. Strong, strong, strong smell.

Why after only 2-3 days of drying? Most strains need at least a weeks dry and cure before it stinks.

G13 Auto AK is pretty stinky, but it still takes 5-7 days drying and a weeks cure after. Compared to Afghan Kush it stinks to high heaven.

the demand is so high that i don't have time to properly dry nd cure wat i don't "use". ndthe people don"t care bout the quality just the fact they can impress someone by having something that looks smells, nd tastes great. no one seems to kno wat good bud is where i am, but the product i grow i take my time nd patience. do u kno about the sagarmartha double diesel ryder or anything by short stuff like dr.feelgood or dutch passion think different. i am having a hard time finding reviews on theses.

critical jack auto been about the best i've come across for smell and taste after a short dry and no cure.... the hit was more then reasonable too and so was the yeild (best single plant i've had to date)

2-3 days drying isnt gonna been enough though ..... i always leave it a week

to be honest no strain is going to taste or smell nice after 2-3 days drying. It really doesn't make sense to spend 2 - 2 1/2 months growing and then wanting to rush the final stage, you need to let it dry for 1 week and then cure it for a week, you could forget about the cure but it will smell mediocre at best. You definitely can't dry it in 2-3 days or you will trap the chlorophyl in the bud and it will smell like hay.

kush, that does make alot of sense. What would you say is the most pungent smelling after proper drying nd curing. On another note these super-autos like from flash and that mazar... what would the average yield on those be indoors, under 1000 hps, in a deep water culture system, with general hydroponics as the nutrients? would u have any vague idea? Is it possible to get that 200-300 gram yield, or do i need co2 tanks nd those expensive led lights with blue mountain organics?

Most cheese strains are very pungent, in my area cheese is probably the most loved strain. G13 Auto AK is nice and stinky as well. Barneys Farm Pineapple Express is nice too. Most strains are pungent after a good cure, but there are some exceptions. If i were you i would pick a cheese strain, you can't go wrong with it.

Why would you choose a 'super auto' over a normal photoperiod plant? You would have a lot more strains to choose from with normal plants. Strains like Chocolope, Vanilla Kush, Amnesia Haze, Cheese, etc.

As for yield i couldn't give you an average yield as there are too many variables and I'm a soil grower, but i can tell you what i have done.

I ran a 600w HPS in a 80cm x 80cm cupboard using 2 Gallon square pots, Biobizz Light mix soil, Biobizz Grow and Bloom, Atari Bloombastic. I crammed 9 plants in there (pots were 25cm x 25cm) The strain was G13 Auto AK. Plants finished in 60 days and i averaged 40 g's per plant, 360g's total dry weight.

I wouldn't even think about spending money on co2 or LED lights until you can grow decent weed without them.

How big is your tent? how many plants you going to fit in there? have you already got a dwc set up or still finding what to buy?

ok ... DINAFEM are the ones for the critical jack auto's.... i got a couple free with a seed order .... and well pleased with them i was :-)

i only grow in soil so i couldnt tell you what a hydro one would do .... but i got about 3 main tops of a large size and heaps of side nugs like golf balls

here is one of my Critical Jacks @ day 60-65

i have a 1000w hps in 6x6x6 enclosed room. we used 3, 5 gallon gray buckets, hydroton, blue mountain organic(i believe is the name), with a dwc set up and sprayers, we put this reflective sheet around the surrounding environment, had a fan, and a hepa filter going the whole time. Kept the levels at 5.9 on the ph but did't have a ppm tester i believe its called. i grew 2 afghan kush ryders and a la diva nd got under 200g's of dried bud in total. This was my first auto-flowering, i used to do dirt indoor/outdoor. I am just astonished by what some ppl are getting and i wanted a super auto/ or just any auto cause i did the math and i think i could potentially get a 30% yield increase.

Why not grow more plants? You have a 6 x 6 room, if you grew in soil you could fit one plant per square foot, so you could have up to 36 plants. Even if you only grew 9 or 12 and averaged 1.5 oz's per plant you could get 378g - 504g (which should be easy with a 1000w). Thats a reasonable amount to expect. As long as you can grow to a half decent standard you will get a nice yield. Even at 1oz per plant and you grew 12 you would get 336g. I think hydro is good for larger plants but its wasted on autos, too much hassle for such small plants.

at a guess you would need to provide roughly 100w of light per plant ... for a fair return for your efforts .. so that being the case its 4-6 plants per 600w lamp (depending on size).... or as i think kush2180 is saying fill it full of small potted clones

i tried the hydro this time because i was interested about yield. i was told that you get denser product and bigger plants. i definatelt got big plants and big buds but they were all fluffy i am still confused about the science of it all, i see ppl getting amazing results from small pots, so naturally i thought if i did bigger this time that my yield would benefit. my last indoor grow i had 6 plants under a 600w hps in 1 gallon pots in dirt nd got half what i got this time. those were photo period though. i really need to learn how to control the light. my outdoor grow, i did last summer i got 6 oz off one plant nd i pulled it early. outdoors i have gotten 10 gram buds, i moved so outdoors is not an option anymore. i appreciate the advice. i haven't started yet and i think i am gonna try this idea of more plants. :)

i've not tried cloning yet... or the sea of green method .... but it seems to be very popular
