Individual plants doing poorly from seedling

Hey guys, I've noticed one of my plants has been looking sickly ever since it was a seedling. I've let it do its thing under the lights just to see how it would go, but it doesn't seem to be doing any where near as well as the others ( they are all around 2 and a half weeks old ).

And in contrast, here's the sickly plant:



I'm guessing with all the stress the sickly plant has been under, it's more than likely to turn out male or hermie. What would you guys do in this situation?
