She signed a non disclosure agreement that informed her it violation of law to have an unauthorized server as that violated the law.

I have been advised that any unauthorized disclosure of SCI by me may constitute violations of United States criminal laws, including provisions of Sections 793, 794, 798 and 952, Title 18 United States Code.

She broke the law. It is against the law to have SCI communications on an unapproved server.

I just quoted which laws to chesus.

Just read her NDA and it informs her of all the laws she broke.

Open your mind and actually investigate in depth. She did it knowing it was illegal.

So, how many Inspection reports did you write today that left out a few issues so that you can get more repeat business? Or is it just that they come to you because they know you'll miss even obvious issues. Yeah, that's probably it.

I dont know if you understand my job.

I am a licensed home inspector. I work for the buyer, they pay me. I am responsible for my work.

If a buyer later finds an issue with a house that I missed they can sue me. I carry insurance against errors and omissions.

Buyers and Agents are not happy when undisclosed problems happen after they have purchased a home.

Therefore, to get good repeat business you cannot miss things and not include them in the reports.

As a track record I have been in the business over 10 years and have never had a complaint on my record.

As an aside, I did an inspection for a prison guard today. He covers maximum security. Wouldnt want his job!!

What you cited were a system of bureaucratic rules set out to cover the asses of higher level managers. People don't actually follow them anywhere to the letter. Mostly because doing so would take many more people than Congress will authorize. When records keeping gets really shoddy and the shit hits the fan, somebody might get fired or more likely busted a rank. Maybe a lower level manager will get reassigned but what you cited was a standard for employees to follow and not criminal statutes.

Deliberately releasing confidential information is a criminal violation but that's not what the report said she did. It doesn't matter how much you want her busted, it only matters what she did, her intent and what investigators can uncover.
