Indica or Sativa and How to Tell?

How can you tell if your plant is Indica or Sativa? I had been storing the seeds for awhile and don't remember what the weed was like or anything. I just put my 4 week old plant into flower a couple days ago and so far no changes other than slightly taller. I'd just like to know what the difference is really.. I'm actually kind of confused about the difference and how it affects your buds and the high. I have heard sativa produces a mental high while indica induces couch lock, but I usually feel both when I smoke. What do you think?

Indicas have Fat Leaves and grow Medium height as for sativas grow long skinny leaves and can shoot up to 10 feet tall at times if u grow outdoors... weed has diff effects on diffrent people...

most buds you're going to find are some sort of hybrid, which explains feeling both those effects. "mental high" vs. "couchlock" is really only kindof an idea anyway, as any bud is gonna produce a little bit of both, even if its a pure indica or sativa.

as far as identifying one, sativas are generally taller, and less bushy. indicas are short and are the heavier producers, so theyll be fatter usually.
