Increasing recommended plant count ?

:leaf: Does anyone know what it takes to be considered for a higher plant count or if there are specific doctors that are more realistic with the amount of plants they assign to you? :leaf:

I know that there are doctors that will write you expanded plant count recs. I don't know who the are though.

I did want to mention that there is a difference in legal protections between the 6 plants indicated by the constitution, and levels above that.
With 6 plants you are granted a criminal exception to the states marijuana laws. Meaning with a red card you will have a walk from any law enforcement encounters.

With above 6 plants you will have an affirmative defense. That means that there is no longer an exception to the laws, but you can have an opportunity to defend yourself in court by proving the need.
If law enforcement wants to arrest you, they can... then let the courts sort it out.

Big difference that many people don't know realize. An expanded DR's rec is not always the golden ticket that people think it is.

Yeah I mean I always considered having more than my 6 not so easy to defend and you can "win" in court, but it still would cost you a lot of money.

Personally- The increased plant count rec from your doctor means nothing if they won't testify for you in court if you get busted. Many doctors draw the line at that as thier rep is on the line and they don't want thier doctors license getting revoked.
If you have a medical need for more plants (like edibles) just make damn sure you have a solid affirmative defense (cancer, MS, other chronic illness). If They do proceed to drag you into court, trial by jury and then you sue the living daylights outta the cops and the state. Juries love us REAL medical users, as it reminds them why Ammendment 20 was passed in the first place. :)

I've got a 24 plant count on my recommendation but don't intend to use it, it's a recommendation for edibles and it was as easy to obtain as asking the doctor to write me an edibles recommendation.

winner winner!! this is one reason why plant counts are a little stupid ..... a single plant can make under an 1/8 to 15+lbs depending on styles, time and strains. where they can potentially get you anyways, is still the per patient carry/possession limits (bury the jars!!).

No kidding, I kno a guy that got five, yes five POUNDS off of one plant. Skywalker, not the og, deep water culture, lots of advanced, like the whole line, and co2 and reflective walls (of coarse) that was dried too, I still shit my self eery time i think about our limits. Sooooo weak!anyone hear anything about a 32 limit? Someone that I know said someone he knows sold two zips to an undercover, of coarse went to jail, had an ass load more plants st his place and the chotas left 32 babies at his place. They chopped a shit load of mature trees, big surprise. But wtf, anyone?

Bump, I may have over estimated my increase, when I went in there today I was trying to do the math while a little dabbed out making sense of a perpeetual and clone expectation, and doubled my estimate, so I have a 72 plant count and 16 oz possession recommendation.. I'm kinda nervous to mail it in... Am I being a pussy fart? Thoughts?

I'm getting it reduced to 24 that was crazy, no need for all the unwanted attention when I'm not doing anything hinky...

So with that recommendation you can have more than 2 zips and grow more than 6 plants fairly safely?
Actually it offers an affirmitave defense in court, if I were to get arrested I can use my increased plant limit in court to try and prove that I need that much for my issues... Federally speaking its all illegel, but with a docs recemendation I have some defense in a courtroom of my peers... I don't need 72 I was trying to estimate for 4 1 month cycles for perpetual but over estimated on the spot... So I think 24 should be just fine... Maybe....

But yes, to answer your question I could grow that many plants and have a pound.... At my own risk...

You can have all that you grow on hand, at your residence, but driving around with it would be a problem. My doc recommended 48 plants, to make edibles, but I can't possibly grow that many, so I just keep within the A64 limit of 6 plants per 21 adult living at the residence to avoid any possible complications. Better to avoid the courtroom and the legal fees. A dozen plants will provide a lot of buds and since remuneration is illegal, you will find that keeping costs under control is important, like the electric bill and nutrients. If it were legal to sell it from a home grow it would be a different story, there is a license required to grow for a dispensary.:peace::bigjoint::peace:

My concern was really the clones, and the vegging plants, I don't have any plans nor do I sell any of my product, it's given away to some people that really need it. Also I personally consume about a gram of hash a day minimum, thats 30g a month 360g a year if we get about 10-15%avg return, I need 8.03 pounds a year at the least to take care of me... 4 plants a month harvesting would give me a lb a month which should do... So I need 16 plants alive at a time to do this plus clones.... Maybe 28 would be a great # and 2Lb holding?

You can have all you grow, so you can hold your 2 pounds at home, but not move it anywhere else. Unless the law changes again, perhaps it's time to vote another change... How about we straight up legalize it next election?
