How long has your plant been in flower?

Do you normally feed/water to get at least 20% runoff?

Honestly the plant doesn't look bad, it looks like it's in the ripening phase of flower so you wouldn't see much physical growth although the buds are getting denser and more weight is being gained.

They’re 5 weeks into flower, yeah always getting about 20/30% run off seemed like they were rapid then haven’t grown anymore for atleast 3 weeksb

Stop running plain water through them...it's not helping your cause being you're in coco. Your pH is a bit high as well for growing in coco.

Do you know anything about the pheno you're growing? Perhaps this is how she's supposed to grow? Like mentioned above, it doesn't look bad...

Good luck.

When you say 5 weeks of flower, is that from flip to 12/12 or from first signs of flowering?

The calyxes look swollen and the pistils have receded. I would say the plant is either been pollinated or is just getting close to finished.

looks alot like those buds on the Dr.Grinspoon strain, which is a pure sativa
they look like they will knock you out, cool stuff I have never grown a pure sativa

maybe some info on the strain and heritage would help decide how much longer to go

5 weeks from first sign of flower they’re auto flowers, total of 11 weeks so far
Ahh that makes sense because they looked farther along than just 5 weeks. Regardless they are in the ripening phase. Watch trichomes for ripeness. Auto's are a guessing game, just gotta go with the flow. Good luck with your grow and enjoy your harvest.
