they attach the full text of the PROPOSED legislation (ie, not actual law).

you should be able to see that this is nothing more than alex jones trying to get a few more hits to his site and collect a few more advertising dollars.

well there ya go perfect example of how Alex Jones sensationalizes stuff and then people copy it and make new articles based on it, read the bill for yourself, this changes hardly anything from how it is now and its not likely to see the light of day. also see fair use act and the other laws.
