What the fuck is wrong with the law makers in Arizona...
My daughter travels to AZ to visit her mom every summer... this year she'll be 13... so she is pregnant every time she goes to Az... I'm never letting her go again...

Ridiculous bill, but no, it doesn't mean your daughter is pregnant every time she travels there. That particular part of the bill states that if you become pregnant they will calculate the start of gestational period from the end of the last menstruation cycle instead of the actual date of conception.

So if your daughter is pregnant and goes to AZ the embryo can be considered up to two weeks older than other states. If she's not pregnant, shes not pregnant.

Your 13 year old daughter shouldn't be pregnant in any state, though, really.

They did it so when calculating the last possible legal day of an abortion they cut 2 weeks off.

She said the law defines pregnancy in a way that bans abortion two weeks before the other seven states with similar laws, because it calculates gestational age starting with the first day of the last menstrual period rather than the date of conception.

No, if you stop them for committing a crime, or for suspicion of a crime, you can ask them if they are legal (essentially just asking for their ID). Really not sure how that isn't a law in all states.

No offense but if you're here illegally, regardless of what ethnicity, then you should be deported. Here in CA we'll take em to jail and then just let them go. Can't charge them with anything as they aren't citizens and we don't deport them because that would just make too much sense. We actually let illigals get state IDs now... I understood what you meant that technically every woman who has a menses under the law would be considered pregnant for two weeks of every month.

That would mean that drinking, smoking and doing drugs during that time period would be against the law in AZ too.
