While picking up my famous bowl at kfc I saw a skinny dude fangabangin a really fat chick in the parking lot of the mexican restaurant that shares the parking lot. Yeah I watched it until my delicious dinner came through the window.

Would it be beneficial if we as a society could stop the lower socio-economic population in this country from reproducing?

Society has an interest here since it will have to contribute greatly to the children's upbringing. Public money goes to provide services that benefit us all. But these kids will require services and monies beyond what is set aside for schools and such. They will be fed by WIC and SNAP, likely get money directly in form of welfare, and other benefits by virtue of being born to poor parents.

And if all that were not enough, any child born into these circumstances is more likely than not to grow up to continue the cycle.

You may have a good point, spandy. It might be wise to limit their numbers.

Are these small government principles I see bleeding through here?

Freedom and liberty for all, unless you're poor, then you can fuck off and sterilize yourself so we don't need to take care of your kids...
