pressure cooker just finished. it will be a few days before i have what i need to finish. i've never done this before. i found a really "simple" tutorial over at shroomery. so far i've followed it exactly. i'm really excited. i've always wanted to try this. it just looks really interesting. i doubt i'll actually try any myself. :blsmoke:

I never went through the innoculation process myself, however i did have the joy of fruiting a single cake that was given to me by a friend. It's so easy and so fun! I used a small tupperware container and perlite for humidity. I got about 10-12grams dry when all was said and done. As for sampling your goods, i say go for it. theres just something about ingesting the fruits (literally) of your labor that makes the trip that much better. I think everyone deserves the chance to do shrooms at least once in thier life :).

i took a lot of good lsd in the 80's. one night something bad happened, in my mind. i've never been able to do anything like it again, and enjoy myself. i worry going in so i'm screwed. :(

I feel you man, a bad trip is definitely a scary thing. You just have to be aware at all times that you are in control and what you are experiencing is the inner workings of your brain and your self nothing more.
LSD and psilocybin are very similar, however they also very different. Mushrooms produce more a more smooth and therapeutic trip. Many people consider lsd a toy, and mushrooms medicine for your soul. I can see where your apprehension comes from, just dont let it keep you from experiencing something so amazing. Use the mushrooms to gain a new insight and move foreward from your past experience. :)

2 of my jars got wet on the top layer of dry vermiculite. the holes in the lids became exposed while pressure cooking. they aren't full of water but the "dry layer is damp". i may redo these 2, or i may just try them anyways. we'll see in a few days.

Dude "FDD2BLK" you avatar was a riot at my workplace... we posted it in the kitchen and the CEO was chuckling like a madman... what tequila does to pumpkin heads ;)

But yet again who am I to say anything, you have probably done this a million times before!

hey posted.,.,just ordered frum a site said that it wont send to cali(im n socal818)hope u have better luck.,.,i used spores101.com.,.,got the golden teachers but the order was haulted by them and now im waiting on my money to get more.,.,hope all goes well,.,.,.,forward

i've never done this. i have a few days, i can redo them. thanks for the heads up. :blsmoke:

To lend you a helping hand no site will send to cali. it they are legitimate of course! Shroom spores are illegal in three states and cali is one of them... I recommend you ordering and sending the spores to Las Vegas, Nevada... thats would I did mate with incredible success ;)
