Does a plant that has bore seed serve as a good mother plant once regenerated?
My thinking is that like a cow, it will continue to 'lactate' hormones otherwise not
present in sensi..

Yes you can revegetate a female plant that you've gotten seed from and put it back into a vegetative growth cycle and take clones from it once it develops enough new growth. I've done it. I've also revegetated a plant that I harvested seed from and then flowered it again and pollinated it with a different strain than I used the first time getting two crops of seeds each a different cross. It's not always going to work though.

Great news!
Did you notice any differences in the quality or vigor of the clones you cut?

I didn't notice any difference but then again I don't have any data one way or the other. I wasn't doing a study so I didn't really pay attention.
