About $100 for lighting & accessories plus maybe $100 in power consumption.

The Power Consumption Is Takin Care Of.

I got 12 26w 6100k CFL's for vegging and 12 27w 2100k for flowering. I think that would suffice for your needs and it cost about $5 per socket/plug, $9 for a 3 pack of CFL's, and if you want to get some y adapters their a buck or two a piece.
