Im in week eight and need some info

Im in week eight and buds are still kinda small... Dont know what happened but my other plant is only in week 5 and the buds are three times the height on it... Oh well, I know its two diff strains but still... That small at week eight??? Picture included

yah, i was wondering the same thing, what kind of lights, etc.. you say that you're growing another strain too and that one looks much better?? that's kind of odd.. what size container is the smaller one in, and like amr said, what have you been feeding them.. is she further away from the lights then the other ones are?? maybe stuck in a corner of the grow??
is it a sativa dom strain and the other one is indica dom?

ya all strains are different. If there in the same enviornment and both healthy, nothing you can do or nothing to worry about

you can surely use a small cfl bulb set up outside of your grow space for sexing clones, especially if you're only going to be tossing the clones after sexing them..
i only have a small closet grow, but i have this small glass shelf in the room that i use for clones and seedlings with a couple of w/e watt cfl's that i have laying around, and it works great.. i simply start seeds or clones under the cfls, and veg them for a few weeks till i think they are ready to go under the 400 watt hps /mh, and i couldn't be more happy..
i only use this small hood that i picked up from the local petsmart store that houses two cfls in it for around $20 or so, and it works great... i just took a piece of cardboard and cut it down to size to help block the light from the shelf so that it stays pretty dark, and run their off times at night so that i don't really have to worry about them being completely dark at night..

Well, Ive got 2 250 watt Hid lights and using regular old potting soil.... 20/20/20 miracle grow water soluble.... Using same ingredients on both plants.... Smaller plant is in a 2 1/2 gallon pot and bigger one is in a 5 gallon pot

the bigger the container, the bigger the yields will be, so that's going to play a role in them, but i think it's more probably just the strain, as sometimes some strains don't grow really big sized buds, but what i've heard called golf ball nugs by the breeders them selves.. i've never grown one that has the so called golf ball nugs, but i'm thinking that maybe what you have if everything else is healthy and they are happy..
i can't really so much of any other reason as to why one would be much bigger bud wise, and another much smaller other than genetics being pretty much everything else is the same..

Yeah... I thought it must just be the strain as well... Just wasnt for sure... I did feed them some Bloom boost from miracle grow one time and it wasnt good for the plants... I started getting a potassium deficientcy and started back with what I was using before...

sounds like you've got it figured pretty much out on your own, lol.. one other thing i was thinking about and forgot to mention earlier... did they all get the same amount of veg time on them? i was thinking maybe you vegged one longer, the bigger one, and didn't give the smaller one the same amount of veg which would help explain why it's smaller than the rest.. just a thought m8..

Actually the smaller plant is the one with the bigger buds... The big one had 3 months veg and the smaller one 1 month of veg

They were both bagseed too... Not known of the strain... They do look diff though.....

This is my smaller plant 4 weeks into flower

Guess that does it then ?? lol
