my girl is currently 3 weeks old in veg and shes got some yellowing bottom leaves and one leaf is getting a few rusty spots in the middle on the leave, the leaves are curling under and twisting which sounds like the ph is off. my ph is currently at about 7.8 which is bad i know, my soil ph tester is not digital but i have a liquid ph tester and solution on the way as soon as i get that i will get in down to 6.8. what do you think this problem is, the rusty spots sounds like cal/mag def but i don't wanna add anything until my ph is fixed what would you guys suggest. I am feeding her Schultz plant food 10-15-10 with mirco nutes on the descriptions it says can be feed through leaves so i did 1/7 strength and mist her Evey now and then

shes had a rough start with mg soil and had some burn so i quickly re-potted it and she doubled in size with in 2 days until i watered her again with tap water that was setting out for a few days and then was stunned again. as advise guys im gonna flush her with ph water as soon as i get it in the mail. so please tell me what you think it could be. sorry for no pics I tried to give as much info ask possible

you can add 2-4 caps of lemon juice to your water. that will get you down in ph range.

You've got more than one problem man. First, I would flush the shit outta them with good distilled water. Your water source is obviously fucked so stop using it. Check the ph of the last bit of runoff with your ph drops (they really are accurate and you don't need a fancy expensive meter). You're gonna want it to be around 6.5 always. If runoff is high or low, adjust with vinegar or baking soda. If runoff is high (say 7+), then add a teaspoon of vinegar (per gallon) to your water, then check it before you give it to plants. If your ph is that high I would shoot for watering it with about 5.8-6.0 ph'd water. You gotta get better nutes dude, as simple as that. Use them sparingly as well until you get the ph unfucked. Don't pour fuel into a fire. Bottom line is.......start using distilled water, it saves a lot of hassle.

At this point, yes that's what I'd do. Flush with at least three times as much water as to the volume of the container you're growing in. Give them a couple of days, then start out very slowly with some good nutrients. The shit your using ain't gonna get it. Get some Fox Farm nutes.....you'll be glad you did. They won't fuck up your ph.

Also, I would suggest you stop trying to foliar feed them. Weed doesn't give a shit about soaking up nutes from the leaves. I would, however encourage you to mist them with plain distilled water and a couple drops of regular dishwashing soap. The soap helps keep the bugs at bay and young plants seem to love a good drink of water through the leaves. Don't do it while the plants are directly under lights though as water droplets tend to act like a magnifier and will cause some damage.
