I'm having some concerns, Start of week 7 (week 3 of flower)

I have a myriad of concerns now that I'm on week 7 since planting the seeds. I have several questions to which I probably know the answer to already unfortunately but I really need some help. I'm going to list a couple questions below and if anyone can help me with them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm growing hydroponically in a 3 foot grow box in my apartment. I recently moved. For anyone interested it's called the Cash Crop 5.0 from Dealzer. All details on the box are there.

First Situation: While moving apartments, it was necessary that I open the grow box during the night cycle in order to remove the water from the basin that the roots were sitting in otherwise I would have splashed water all over the inside while driving. I understand that this most likely would have ruined the plants flowering stage and would have slowed down the development of buds on the plants. However, it is now week 7 (week 3 of flower) and I'm hardly seeing any signs of flowering. I might be seeing a few tiny pistils developing and the very top of the plant has a some bulging where it looks like it may be starting to flower but nothing definite. I realize that there are many different factors that go into causing a plant to flower or not flower, but I've checked and my lights are giving off the right spectrum at 12/12, the ph of the water is perfect every week, I've slightly cut down on the nutrients just to see if the plant will feed off the sugars from the fan leaves to form buds, and all of the environmental conditions are ideal for budding (it's in a grow box anyway, outside conditions don't really affect it that much). Also, I know for a fact that they're female. So my question is, maybe my set up just isn't sufficient to produce marijuana buds, but is there anything I can do other than to just wait and see?

Second situation:

This morning I was doing my routine of checking the plants to see how they were doing like always and I made a huge mistake. A HUGE mistake. I fucked up and I'll just have to live with the consequences. While trying to get a closer look at the plants, I accidentally bumped the grow box that plants are in and a spray bottle that had been sitting just on top of it.... fell..... hit my head..... and hit one of my plants....

The bad news is..... the spray bottle clipped off the fan leaves on the bottom two layers of the plant on one side. By layers, I mean that when the plant grows it has it's first set of fan leaves and then you go up the stem and it has it's second set of fan leaves. So the first two sets are missing fan leaves on one side. I'm very heartbroken about this.

The good news is, I think it could've been much worse. There's literally no damage to any other part of the plant.

Basically what I'm asking is, what can I expect from here on out? This is my first grow. I've obviously made mistakes, but I'm doing my best. I have a deep love and appreciation for marijuana as I'm sure others on these forums do and I'm trying to learn as much as possible. I'm hoping my girls will still be able to grow for me since the bigger fan leaves are still attached and unharmed.

What do you guys think? Please try and be as helpful as you can. It's really discouraging when I check replies here and all I get is snarky comments about how stupid I am and how I should read more.

Thank you for those who are willing to help! I'll check back in a little while for replies.

For those who would like to see damage on the plant. It's hard to tell, but you can kind of tell where fan leave stems were taken off.

the leaf damage is fine, contrary to some, these plants aren't babies, I've seen them survive much worse. my gigantic piece of advice to you and any newbie is to get a real book made of paper on the subject of indoor growing and get off the internet until you've done your first complete grow following that real life book, then get back here. Too many chefs can really ruin the stew.

3 weeks after flip the pistils will just start to become more noticeable I wouldn't worry over that

Also, what is your opinion on using a grow box? Specifically the Cash Crop 5.0 from Dealzer.com, because that's kind of my only option for growing right now and I just want to know if I'm wasting my time.

the same, it's fine. Turn off the led to take pics, no human eye can discern anything useful with the purple on. You may have other issues, they look a bit stretched, and possibly hungry, hard to tell with the light

@dirtWeevil I know this isn't normal and I'm not trying to be weird, but is there anyway we could talk about my situation somewhere other than on a forum? I'll take your advice and read a real life book, but I have a lot to mention and explain, it'd take forever on here posting one thing at a time.

if you've already bought it you're stuck but for 600 bucks you could get a 4x4 tent with an hid and ventilation or led panels. Do you have to fit a small space? Are you at all handy with DIY?

I think that's something I'd be interested in for the future, but right now as a college kid it's not an option.

Fuckin RELAX!!!! If you don't make mistakes, your not growing. As stated... pics in natural light. 3 weeks since flip, she's worried about her stretch. Buds will follow. It's a LONG RIDE. When your not pulling your hair, educate your self. http://www.growweedeasy.com/basics
I love how any time I go on this site and ask a question I'm immediately pegged as some over worried dumb ass. Great community. It's been 2 months since I've been on here.

Maybe if your questions weren't as long as a masters thesis they would go easier on you...try " hey guys I tore off a couple leaves, will she be ok"??? Or, "how do they look for seven weeks old"??? Just Start a conversation...give that a try and see how it goes...g/l
