I'm betting it's your mountain soil. I live in the mountains but in a river valley so the soil here is river rock, clay and sand. Are you digging out of some old beaver pond area?? If so you may not have to feed to the end.
No not a beaver pond, but close, its from a ravine. I dug through aspen twigs and God knows what else,, I guess I dug up nuts without even knowing it.. Here is a picture of some of my backyard.. Elevation 9200FT and of course my best friend Doe Joe!!! He is a coyote killer... or he think so,,,

looking good!! if i was you since everything is just water and a good soil base i would go completely organic so that wont mess up what you have going on now. Look into 100% organic because eventually your soil will no longer be hot and also you should look into making your own brew along the way and just let mother nature take its course. If you use synthetic nutes it will get complicated and you will have to start feeding it slowly and work ur way up. Do your research and

good luck!! and thats just my 2 cents

Ive built a rocketship and I am never coming down!!!

Update,,, alright I still I'm ridding her out,, No Nuts,, and she is looking better then ever,,, My bottom branches are 25 inches long my top branches are 25 inches long..
she has over 50 long colas right now she is

65 in inches wide and 50 inches tall... 65 from the ground, all grown without any Nutrients.. But i do have great soil... she has white hairs everywhere and I still have 8 more weeks of flower to go... I broke a branch and clipped off the small top cola let dry for 5 days, then smoked it,, barley got me high but it tasted so good,,

Now I know that i can still screw up, but right now I'm enjoying my plants...
