No, from what I’ve read on here you will only get a real person once you are being processed and assigned to a case worker.
I’ve emailed twice and got the standard email- my timeline of accepted was 2/2 and charge to card 2/5

Congrats!! I am so happy for you! I am just wondering why the guy told me my card was just sent to the printer today when I was 2 days ahead of you and my check was cashed on the same day with nothing wrong in my application. This all makes no sense. He told me it could be 10 more days. Ugh.

What I’m trying to figure out is why the heck don’t I have my card in hand when my check was cashed on the 14th lol. And no card in the mail today either the wait is willing me.

Hi! They wrote me back shortly after the automatic reply, and asked for me to confirm date of birth and address, after that I got another email confirming approval and that card has been sent to printer. Best of luck!!!

Yeah...I am trying to figure that one out too....weren't they "sending it to the printer" over a week ago?

The lady said that my card was sent out on the 30th so I’m almost certain it is going to come this week. Just a waiting game

Approved and sent to printing 4/2. Eta 10-14 days. Quick email response today

From reading this thread the wait times vary after your check has been cashed/ when you are approved. It may depend if your at the top or bottom of the pile or who's working on your application? The order on how things are handled sucks but the wait will hopefully be worth it. Looking like it will be 12 weeks if things go to plan, but that's a long shot at this point. They should be moving on to February shortly.

My PAIN LEVEL everyday is off the charts and these MF'ers in this f'ed up "Inept Garbage State" DON'T GIVE 2 FUCK's.. This is a total "JOKE".....

It's sad the wait is this long... Yet you can walk in a doctors office get a script for any pharma drug, walk out and have it in hand that day!!!! Stupid

o_OCalled da "Man". Was told iwas approved and info has already been sent to printers. Expect to receive card within up to 14 days. F I N A L L Y. Wonder if we can like just go and pick up our cards....
Road trip anyone???
