I'm an Illinois resident, and I'd like to know if anyone can tell me how to apply for a grower's license now that Governor Quinn has signed the bill approving medical marijuana for our state. Any ideas? I can't seem to find anything online.
You really think you have a shot at getting one of the 22 licenses that will be available for the entire state? Those are gonna go to people with deep pockets and connections.
