Its a scam dont fall for it.
THIS IS NOT LEGALIZATION!!!!!!!!!
Its re-criminalization of what is legal now!
Dont let this pass.
Decriminalization is the only way.

How is that a scam? Sounds like legalizing marijuana to me. Every single product for sale in this country is heavily regulated and taxed. Why would legal weed be any different? The law seems to allow you 25 square feet of canopy in a grow area at your house. If you cant keep yourself and whoever else lives with you high with 25 square feetof grow area, You are too dumb to be smoking in the first place, or you smoke way too much. Tabacco plants, for example, are legal to grow in your back yard, but only in limited quantitys (1/10 of an acre). I think that cali law is fine. Its definetly a step in the right direction. I hope nevada is next.

im voteing no on prop19..... prop215 is good enough for me:)
Californias prop 215 is a great deal for everybody, but the new ballot initiative seems even better. Sounds like if this passes you dont have to carry around a special card to smoke weed, everybody over a certain age can leagally posses weed, and the medical people get to still have their medicine. Whats wrong with that?

Prop 215 was wrote by stoners and real supporters of marijuana. Prop 19 is wrote by greedy businessmen and people who exploted prop 215 to make millions. There will be better bills, this one is a scam. NO on prop 19.

cali's prop 215 was a foot in the door for a better atitude about smoking in this country. Prop 19 is the next step. If you dont like the greedy businessmen, then grow your own shit and cut them out!

this pror does not affect prop 215 card holders and their rights. Legalize for the rest of us so we don't have to be criminals any more.

it is six and five and pick-em kiddies... the way the law is written now is still being enforced in different ways from town to town all over cali and they've had the 215/420 for 15 years now... if it 219 passes there is no small chance that it will be enforced differently by the authorities in la vs mendo county.. just like in arcata it is one thing, oakland a different thing and in orange county a completely different thing... if it passes it will open some more doors, and the people who are capable of making money on it will, but think about if you could grow as much as you wanted in a 5x5 room without having to tiptoe through the tulips with doctors and dispensaries but just make your own... think about how much better the qualities are going to get, the improvement of genetics by being able to do it aboveboard... imagine how great it would be if you could take a trip to the corner store and get a bag of doritos, a zip of mendo purps and a quart of beer... or the farmers market giving specials on kale, radishes and sour-d (organic of course)... it is a brave new world coming just around the corner, but you have to not be fooled by bullsh-- from the other side... if you are medical, stay medical, but if it's legal, quality goes up and prices come down... and that is good for everyone... even the farmer, as higher quality stuff will still command a premium price... the bs in the middle will go away as will the price of schwag will plummet, and that's not a bad thing either...

lol. Ever met Dennis? He's most definitely a businessman. Back in the day he imported shit in from south America and was slanging that shit to every dealer in NorCal. I mean, he had so much herb he literally had to buy a closed down grocery store to store it all. He's a fucking great guy, not trying to talk shit or anything, but he's definitely a businessman.

Like I said I can see the other side, I'm just not down! I will not be that disappointed if prop 19 gets it's votes that's life. I just want full decriminalization. My personal opinion is that we pay more than our fair share of taxes now! I'm I wrong!? Yes we pay tons of taxes on all kinds of products, so y vote to pay even more. I'm still NO!

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from. I'd just really like to see and end to prohibition.

You guys arent looking at the big picture here, I am on neither side and probably wont even vote who knows though. but anyways as prop 215 is great it has its flaws with many grey areas this was the first step, and is popping up in many different states, the next step is prop 9 which will make it legal but still with many flaws but it will be legal. Now all you have now is to look to the future for step three that could bring something completely new and good for the people finally. idk its just a thought maybe one day marijuana will be legal world wide and the place will just be a better place at one the world living a peaceful life. I think we are the start of something very new and there is no reason to hold it back by being confortable with prop 215 let something grow out of this.

I'm with all of the supporters of marijuana I'm 100% down with all smokers, growers we are all in the same fight. I just don't think prop 19 is the best choice and we have others. Prop 19 is just the most funded prop as of now. I got love for my stoners people have hated for along time so we have to stick together. Viva la mota!

everyone will have different interpretion of the proposed law and what it might mean for us patients. Just remember that just because it is written that way for NOW, doesn't mean it will actually be that way in the END!!! politicans that is pro and againist prop 19 will hammer it out when it get closer. Thats what they do best (self interest) thats how most laws and etc are passed. In addition, the court (higher court like the CA Appellate and Supreme) have a Very big say so, as I am absolutely sure it will be challenge by some patients later in the future about a certain aspect of the proposition. What ever the hell happen, we can only sit back and hope for the best. Keep your joints crossed!

Regardless of if prop 19 passes or not, we still have a big fight ahead of us. If prop 19 passes and everyone becomes complacent, then a lot of the bad things people say about prop 19 will probably come true.

But if it passes and people petition and people go out and petition their cities and counties prop 19 could bring an end to prohibition city by city!

Prop 19 does not give us and end to prohibition. It is just a new weapon to fight prohibition. In my opinion prop 19 will be as good or as bad as we all make it!
