Use floros on that budget you can buy a few 4 footers for that price and then scrog those plants to keep the light as close as possible to the plants. the shrooms happen from time to time depending on the quality of the soil

And I agree with zeke repot and bury those stems up to the first set of leaves and then get a small fan in there to give them a breeze which strengthens their stems

They will work or you can get the specialty flouro bulbs which are slightly more pricey go for the true white or nuetral or whatever its called it will say somthing about natural light but reg flouros will do. the buds produced wont be very dense (in most cases) but the flouros will do the job

One of the best smokes i ever had came from a small clone of Sensi star i flowered out with 2 twisted style light bulb flouros I flowered the clone at about 7 inches and it finished at about 10" and gave me about a quarter ounce of KILLER smoke

HELL YEAH untill you can afford an hps its the only way to go your prolly going to need bigger pots now that those have stretched that much but you may be able to get away with them in there for a while

and you can lose the tinfoil the flat white wall behind is is far more efficiently reflective. tinfoil creates a bunch of hotspots and shoots the light all over

yep.
get some more fluros in the tube style of in a cfl form.
repotting would be a great thing for you now. Those are stretched really badly. repotting may cause a problem though as they really need to be repotted so deeply.
i know your gonna hate to hear it but id scrap them and start over.
using fluros you HAVE to keep your light 6 in or less from your plant if you expect any results other than the ones you've gotten.
but props man. You didnt kill em which is better than i can say for my first grow.

Order some 4' T5 bulbs for your fixture.... throw out those plants and start over. You need a 400 watt HPS to flower. If you cant afford an HPS, get some 2700k CFL's and flower with those. However, to flower 4 plants with CFL's you'd have to use a BOATLOAD of bulbs to get any kind of yield. You'd also be better served to use the scrog method. Read up on it. Good luck.

Move those bulbs right down on top of those plants... get them to within an inch of the top. Plus...throw those things out and germinate some new ones.

You can pretty much lose the other light too. its a waste of energy since it doesn't generate light in enough of the spectrum the plant uses. like the fluoros do and you can place that fluoro much closer to the plants then that
