Hello,
I am doing an outdoor grow with different strains and i am curious about a few strains i have that i been doing research about. The ones i am most interested in are Nirvana's Autoflowering strains, such as, Jock Horror, Northern Lights, and also Barney's Farm Pineapple Chunk...

Questions about the Nirvana Autoflowering strains are, well, Did they autoflower or were they just regular photosynthesis plants? If they turn out to be regular photo plants do they grow the normal height, and yields? If they are auto plants how are the yields and flower time? Basically, can you just tell me your experience with Nirvana's autoflowering strains..

pineapple chunk- been doing a lot of research and finding that this strain is actually turning out to be more of a sativa plant then indica, and also taking up to and past 100 days to flower.. if you grew pineapple chunk, can you tell me your expierence with this grow please.. Was it indica or sativa? how long was your flower period? what kind of height and weight did you yield?

Thank You, I am very interested in these strains as from my google research has my head spinning

nirvana has 1 autoflower, their auto northern lights was a pathetic attempt at marketing, as they didnt autoflower, they were ordinary NL's. they only have easyriders. and from what ive heard, its a great auto plant. low yields with quality buds.

They must have changed it then. We grew about 4(one didn't survive) NL plants that all autoflowered. I've heard bad reviews, but I have none.

I have grown alot of Nirvana products or tried to anyway. I would never buy auto flowers and if I ever wanted to try it would never be from nirvana. You can find countless posts about how lame the Auto flowers are. Some produce nice buds but for the most part they dont auto and they have shit yields.

I have also had major issue with germantions and hermy and males from Fem seeds from nirvana. Over all many people like nirvana I have had bad XP with them and will say this. They are cheap and you get what you pay for. end of story.

I have never had any of the issue I have had with nirvana with other seed banks like Barnys Green house pyrimid kiwi and a few other that I got as free bees.

i have a blue mystic and a bubblelicious, on the seed baggies both are marked 'autoflower' ive got the blue mystic growing right now check it out in my journal. but yea about 7 weeks in a veg cycle i realized shit this plant is supposed to be finishing here in like three weeks or so. and the bastard hadnt even flowerd. but in the end im coming to realize im very happy it wasnt a auto because this plant is some crazy crazy funk and i am pretty pumped at the yeild im gonna get considering i was only expecting like an oz. but as for the bubblelicious i havent started her yet. but in due time. but as far as the size and height issue. its the exact same as any other plants ive ever grown.

umm thats why when you go to nirvanashop there actual site they have 2 auto flowering strains NL and Easy Rider but when you go to like attitude and other places they still have all nirvana's auto's like blue mystic and the others, nirvana most likely dont sell them no more because they were unstable i dont know if other places are unstable or what

I have just in the process of looking at doing a late start Auto grow and i was considering doing one of the Nirvana autos. I have grown a lot of Nirvana strains and have always been very happy and was very disappointed when I heard that the autos they released were all BUNK. I really wanted to try the Auto Jock Horror as i have grown the full size one before and loved it. Barneys Pineapple chunk was also on the list, as well as Dinafem Haze Automatic, Short Stuff Onyx and Bomb Seeds AutoBomb. Any input on these would be welcomed.

I have tried Nirvana's autos in the past (the now discontinued strains Jock Horror Auto & Blue Mystic Auto) with no success to the autoflowering capabilities, but I will say once switched to 12/12, they grew FANTASTIC meds.

My 3rd attempt, I currently have a few Northern Light Autoflowers, all bloomed at 3 weeks. They are now into Day 22 of blooming under a Pro-Grow 260 LED grow light.

Northern Light Auto #1 (NLA #1) at week 2 bloom. She's a good 20 inches wide and blooming like mad!

Northern Light Autoflower #3 (NLA #3), Tops forming everywhere! Week 2 bloom, day 35 from seed

The bizarre one though is our Blue Mystic Offspring. We got about 13, self pollenated seeds from one of the previous Blue Mystic failed autos. We've germinated 3 of the seeds and this one went auto. She's small & spindly, but coated in trichomes & has a scent & aroma that is hard to describe... Kind of a superberry meets cat-spray, yet very appealing.

Blue Mystic Offspring Autoflower (BMO #1) - Day 40 bloom, week 10 from seed

Oddly the densest buds are the ones down low

Nirvana was more than fair in taking care of the issue. ;-)

My first attempt at auto's didn't auto... But since then I haven't had any troubles. I got a 5pack of the NL aut's unfortunatly only 3 popped and one of those had a black taproot so initially only 2 made it. But Im on about day 56 from seed and their are looking amazing! Probably another week or two.

Note:
They are taller than any auto I've ever grown but for the extra height Im not seeing much extra girth (But this could be from me growing, not fair to pin this on the seedbank.) I just threw mine outside and forgot about em. I now realize autos are good for supplementing an outdoor grow, I personally feel like it's a waste indoors BUT very good for a first run! GL brother

I'm pretty impressed with what you're doing under LED's Perhaps I should back off on attacking LED's? What of the cost in your opinion? Generally satisfied?
