It looks like it's some form of technology to remove the smell.

"CannabCo claims its PURECANN technology “greatly reduces” cannabis odour when flower is combusted, and makes the smell “virtually undetectable” when dry product is in storage."

EU rules are in force for the UK link, at least until Brexit happens. In the EU you have to be informed of tech companies invading your privacy, going in from a US link means they can do it without telling you.

Water curing does all that.
