For a 40x40x140cm tent will 90w ufo led work well for 2 plants indicas maybe auto flowers and what kind of yield can you expect from it
They will work but that is about the worse light you can get.

For yield for two auto flowers on that worthless light I'm guessing 30 grams

So Tim fox, you really TRULY think my best possible option in the GoGreen? I found a 400w HPS full kit with cooled reflector hood for $140, but this grow is in a closet thats corner walls are a corner of the really old house it's in. I can't have it getting hot. plus, there's no attic above it cause it's in a one story house. So I donot know what to do. It's an 8x4 closet that's 8 ft tall. the door way is on an 8 ft side about a foot away from the closest 4 ft side. If that makes sense? So I'm utilizing the back 4ft wall and 3 ft out from it, 67,in tall and building a little 1x4 boards "box" if you will to build cabinet style doors on the front and Cover the doors and top with black plastic sheeting.

You'll need to exhaust the light man or you'll cook those plants. Same is you ran cobs at super high and inefficient wattage.
If you don't want to pay for quality LEDs and can't exhaust heat then you're stuck with shitty LEDs that are a fire hazard or more T5 and T8 lights.

Phillips has T8 LEDs ultras that produce 200lpw which is awesome but I can't find any of the ultras for sale anywhere. But their basic t8 LEDs are about 140lps which is still great.

Actually 133.3lm/w.......I'm a fucking stickler! Lol......also don't forget about the t8 e-ballast losses on top of the Phillips end cap driver(s)
