If someone wanted to buy bulk

I know my OD all goes for 26-28 a pack during dry season. If they take enough off me at once I might drop that down to 24-25, but I generally don't do that because it's pretty easy to get rid of it for more this time of year. But IDK what other people get for theirs. I'm sure there's cheaper stuff out there.
You in norcal?

I agree entirely but your talking about indoor here correct? Those aren't bad numbers for indoor and with a demand between 30-50 lbs a week it could all be taken care of, I couldn't charge more than 3400 per in bulk or 3500 for small amounts but if someone were to provide consistant top quality indoor for between 2500-2800 I would be all over that.

Thing is with this demand I would require bulk outdoor and i would be able to charge 2500-3000 depending on amount quality and purchase price so these 1000 dollar packs during the havest period would be incredible and as long as the outdoor didn't go above 2000 that would be my priority. I don't really want to sit on 500+ lbs for half a year to help tide through the market peak

I would love to hook up with 20000 watt growers and be able to dictate strains but I would need like ten of them just to cover minimums.

I assume all this will be leaving the state?

Don't ask don't tell, what if I told you it was going to a collective in a expensive region.

As stated previously this is not for me it is research for an interested friend. Any time I accidentally type I in a post I mean he.

Shouldn't be difficult to find. I turn down people offering me said deals all the time.

If you told me 50lbs/week was going to a collective in an expensive region I'd cry BULLSHIT! I'm fairly familiar with the buying habits of dispensaries. If they did buy that much/week (which would be a VERY busy collective), it would be 2 pounds of this 3 pounds of that. If we wanted to just sell to just one collective, we'd have to grow several different strains. From a production efficiency standpoint, it's far better for an indoor grower to grow just one strain. This what we choose to do. The downside is that we produce too much Bubba Kush to sell to any one collective, and have to maintain a relationship with several. Which has its perks, as well. If disaster should befall one of our customers, we wouldn't have weed stacking up while we developed alternative markets. I guess it's the old "don't keep all of your eggs in one basket".

Anyways, if you are serious, and not just blowing smoke, be very carefull. You're putting out feelers for some sizable business. I wouldn't feel comfortable entering into a deal that size with someone I didn't know for a very long time. I would highly suggest testing the waters with a few small deals, and not even mentioning your end goal until you feel comfortable with the folks you're dealing with. If someone that didn't know you was willing to enter into a deal that size, chances are very high he's not legit.

Everything would be handled with due caution, you don't get to this point by walking up to people you've never bought from before with 135k and ask for a 50 pack. Start small establish trust and discuss the future until comfortable and work out possibilities.

I agree that you dont "get to this point..." If your guy is at this point, why are you price checking online? If he's "at this point", you'd think he'd have a handle on current pricing.

If you have all this cash to pick up all those packs why not start a grow and start making all the money in a few months? If your are talking about spending 135k on a 50 pack, why not spend 35k-50k on a grow and pick up a few less? something sounds wrong with all of this...

Maybe his old source wasn't cali, I'm just feeling out the market for him as a possibility of brokering to collectives buying durin the cheap season and offloading during the peak

He does want to grow but can't possibly imagine being able to set up a legal grow that can cover the demand. He needs to grow and work with other growers

who said you need to cover all of it. Covering part of it is still better than buying it all!

Not all the time. The broker that buys my buddie's whole crop makes WAY more $$$ than my buddy and me combined. And, he doesn't need to manage a grow op. It's all about contacts...and this guy's got em. He buys from dozens of growers...mostly their whole crop. He sells to god knows how many collectives, AND exports a significant amount. He marks up each elbow between $500 and $1000 that go to Cali dispensaries, and between $1500 and $2500 for the exported stuff. He's successful because he's an honest proffesional guy that treats everyone fairly. He's gone so far as to give interest free loans to his growers that have lost a crop, or who are expanding their op. I believe it's relationships like these that will stand the test of time in this industry. The A-Hole buyers that just try to make as much $$$ as they can as fast as they can, will eventually run out of good sources. We should all strive to rise above the bullshit and treat the people we deal with honestly and fairly.

So looking at real estate he doesn't want to be directly in the center of any town he prefers to be a bit more rural. Within 20 miles of a hub but in an outskirts town is what suits him best. Finding an outskirts town near arcata or eureka seems difficult though these are apparently good places to hunt stuff down.

He's wondering about hunting things down in and around reading / mt Shasta area or if it would be worth it to just get as close as possible and make the journey to humboldt

I think once you.get past Santa Rosa.its pretty much small towns...plenty or realestate on the outskirts of town....hard part is comin in an tryin to buy bulk with people you never dealt with before...I would say find a.spot to.buy get in good with the locals.or try to and learn to grow, you can get 2 maybe 3 outdoor harvests a year in certain spots light deping, become ur own broker or whateva for your business partner...or Idk what state.you are in but move to another med.state and start growing OR since you got money you can move here , get ur medical card an open a private collective...certain people offer services $500-1000 to fill out paperwork wit the state to become a.collective...will make it more legitimate and easier to buy and meet growers
